Full registration includes: entrance to the exhibition area (ApiExpo) and sessions during entire Symposium, Book of Abstracts and bag with symposium material, lunches for both days and transfers from Hotel Srbija to Sava Centar, for participant who have stayed in hotel Srbija.
Daily registration includes: entrance to the exhibition area (ApiExpo) and session during that day, Book of Abstracts and bag with symposium material, lunch and transfers from Hotel Srbija to Sava Centre, for participant who have stayed in Hotel Srbija for one day.
ApiExpo ticket includes: entrance to the exhibition area for one day
Symposium ticket includes: entrance to session during that day.
NOTE: In order to enter the Symposium, the ticket for ApiExpo fair must be bought.

Please make sure that the name of the Symposium and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fee (circle - OUR [All charges are to be paid by the remitter])
• Payment on the spot could be done either in cash or using Credit card (Visa or Master).
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For written cancellation before 10th January 2012, an administration charge of 25 Euros will be applied. After this date, no refunds can be made.
Postal orders and traveler's checks will NOT be accepted.
CREDIT CARD PRE-PAYMENT
If you wish to pay for your registration fee and extra options in advance using your credit card, please use the Printable Version of your registration form. When you complete the registration, you will have an option of printing your registration form. Print the form, fill in the details of your card, sign it and fax it to fax number: +381 11 220 6089. Also, please note that our bank requests a copy of the credit card used for payment for reasons of security. Thus, please be so kind to fax a copy of your credit card (front and back side) together with your form.
Please note that only the signed and faxed registration forms will be accepted.
Registration can be done through this website exclusively. When you register, you will create your Profile and choose your username and password, with which you will be able to log in again and add or change any information. The username and password will be sent to you in an e-mail of registration confirmation.
